General Purpose Gantry Crane

General purpose gantry crane contains double girder gantry crane and single girder gantry crane, and truss structure and box strcture, suitable for outdoor warehouse, yard, railway, port, wharf where goods are loaded or unloaded or carried, which can be matched various hangers for special operations. The classification group of general purpose gantry cranes generally is from A2 to A8. The highest and lowest temperatures and the power supply in working environment should be indicated when choosing. We also design the spans according to customized requirements of users. Single girder gantry crane has the features of simple structure, easy installation, and lighter weight. Compared to the double girder gantry crane, the overall rigidity is relatively weaker. When the hoisting capacity Q≤50t, and the span S≤35m, this type can be adopted. Double girder gantry crane is with strong carrying capacity, wide span, good global stability, and various types. Normally, if wider span, higher speed, or frequent heavy and long load is needed, a double girder gantry crane should be taken.
